• Because each piece is custom produced, items are not refundable or returnable for change of mind
• Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect due to an error from our side
• Such issues are extremely rare, but we are happy to resolve them if they occur

We take great care when preparing and shipping every order.
• All artworks are securely packaged to protect them during transit
• We use globally recognized and reputable courier services, making delivery damage highly unlikely

A return may be approved only if:
